I was making bread for a while and thought the stand mixer would be easier. It is wonderful for making my bread dough. I no longer have to knead by hand and the bread turns out perfect each time. I also bought the sausage maker attachment and haven't used it yet, but I am really looking forward to making homemade sausages. I am confident it will be just as great as my stand mixer. I absolutely love it and would highly recommend it to anyone who asks.
